Problems with serial number sent via email

I have been trying to get the serial number entered for PDF Stamper that was in the email. I have tried cut and past from the email that I received. I have also tried manually entering the serial number. Either way gets me the invalid serial number message and cant activate pdf stamper.

Here is the error I am getting –

License key is invalid!

Invalid License Key!

I have tried both Safari and Firefox with the same problem.

Suggestions ?

One file got screwed in v1.2 patch of the PDF stamper. I have rebuilt and released v1.3 which will fix this issue.

You will receive an email shortly with the updated copy of the PDF Stamper plugin.

Hi. Can you please resend my licence key? We bought WP Affiliate Platform, WP eStore

and WP PDF Stamper on the 28th June but I didn’t realise we were going to be sent a licence key too, and the account person who looks after our PayPal account cannot find the email you sent. Trying to install the products today and so your help would be much appreciated! BTW – The account person knows to look out for the email now!

An error occurred while trying to stamp the file!

I did used a relative path to the file, and yes, all me server requirements are there, and I can open the file manually on the browser, and the file I use was your own ebook file you provide in your website,

I am attempting install PDF stamper on a new domain and am encountering issues. I did not realize this was only allowed for one domain, but I corrected that situation (deleting plugin from other domain) and still cannot get it activated.

Any ideas?

You can deactivate a license from a domain so you can use it on a different domain. Since you didn’t deactivate the license we will need to reset the key. Please use the contact form and send us the license key details and we will take care of it.
