Hi. I’m new to eStore and I really like. I’ve read over the other posts about this. I have my mp3’s located in a folder just beneath wp-content. My products have full url’s to the files in this directory, including %20’s and other space/character fillers. The links work in the browser. Do you need anything else. I can provide access.
Hi, I will need to take a closer look at your site to see what is happening. I will send you a site access request via email. Please let me know if you do not receive this email.
Ivy got me on the right track. You need to have file names be php friendly. Instead of 01 This Song.mp3, change it to 01-this-song.mp3. Rookie mistake. It works now. Thanks, Ivy.
No problem I am glad you got this working. This is a pretty common mistake
