Hi, The currency used to make the payment does not match the one you have specified in the eStore.
“Invalid Product Currency Used:”
Have you changed the currency settings in the eStore lately?
In some cases you may have different currencies in your PayPal account so what maybe happening is the customers PayPal is trying to pay with the funds that are available in their account that are in a different currency.
Can you please have the customer verify that they are paying you in your specified currency?
IvyMemberHi, Yes Velma you are correct you would need to use the “Product Specific Instructions for Buyer”. The information you put in this field will be included in the email that is sent out to the buyer.

IvyMemberHi, Did you do a full delete of the plugin and reinstall via the WordPress installer?
or Did you override the files using a FTP?
IvyMemberHi, We recently had to add the PDT function as PayPal stopped sending the information needed for the plugin to display the links on the Thank You Page. We try to update this information in as many places as we can but with the forum sometime a few posts get missed.
The old system where you had to have Auto Redirect turned off has been replaced with the new PDT option. This requires you to have Auto Redirect turned on.

IvyMemberHi, If you do not see this option where wpCommerce directed you then I believe you will need an update. The feature was added recently to the eStore.

When you made your purchase was this also in USD? Example: If you make a purchase in AU and you have your eStore set as USD then you will get this error.
Make sure the Currency code is set to the value that you are allowed to accept in your PayPal account. Also check to make sure that there is no space at the end of the “USD” word.
