Also here is a simple test you can do to check if it is a plugin conflict:

Also what version of the eStore are you using?

MemberHi, It depends on how you update. If you update using the WordPress Plugin Uploader then you need to delete the plugin first. If you are using the FTP method that is in the email then you do not need to delete the plugin.
