Create a new WordPress page on your site (this is just for testing purpose). Now place the following shortcode on this page:

Once you do that please post the link to this page so I can check the HTML source code and see what is going on.

Did you try using the FTP upload method (since the WordPress uploader is facing some difficulty on your server)?
Your user only has one login deatails (an user only logs into the site once). The membership level controls how much of the protected content this user can see (membership level is kind of like the permission settings of that user). You can apply multiple permission settings for one user if you use the “Additional Membership Levels” feature explained here:
When you use the above feature… every item this member purchases that is hooked to a membership level, the user will get that membership level applied to his/her profile (allowing the user to see that content).
That error looks like it is missing a file from the plugin. How did you upload the plugin to your site? Via the WordPress plugin uploader or via an FTP software? Did you watch the plugin installation video from here?

Your 2nd pattern should work fine (the first pattern is missing a URL value in the digital product URL field).
Do the following:
1) Go to the “Admin Functions” menu
2) Enter the product ID of this 2nd pattern in the “Product ID” field
3) Enter “1280×1024” in the “Digital Product Variation Name” field
4) Hit the “Generate Link” button
What do you get? If it shows an error what does the error text show?
Looks like the buy button you have on that page is actually not embedded using eStore (its a PayPal button).
What exact shortcode are you trying to use to place the eStore button? Have you seen these video tutorials?

WP eStore DOES NOT deliver the product until the money is cleared. When you receive an echeque it will simply tell the customer that the product will be delivered when the payment clears. If the customer cancel the payment in the meantime then he/she never gets the product. As an admin you will receive an email from eStore telling you that a payment verification failed because you received a “pending payment” this way you know that a customer paid you via eCheck and can monitor the transaction.

Basically, you have made a requirement to provide an extra field called “MMERGE3” for this list in your MailChimp account. Make sure you have only the email address a required field and nothing else (the default setup when you create a list in MailChimp).
Yep, when using a digital variation you can specify only one URL per variation (each variation can have one downloadable package) so zipping up the entire collection is the way to go.
