If you are reading this post then that means you already tried searching the forum for a solution and didn’t get one.
At this stage our objective is to identify the issue and troubleshoot it as quickly as we can. We can troubleshoot an issue for you with much greater ease if we can recreate the issue you are facing and see it ourselves.
So when you are contacting us for help please include as much details as you can on the issue. Fulfill as many items as you can from the following list:
#1) Think about what details you can give us that will help us recreate the issue that you are seeing. Simply outline whatever you are doing to see the issue and what error you are receiving (if any).
#2) Provide a link to the exact page where the problem is seen. If the issue can be seen on the front end of your website then you should share a link to that page. That way we can go to that page and see the behavior ourselves.
#3) What do we have to do on this page to see the issue (provide necessary instruction)
#4) What version of WordPress and the plugin(s) are you using?
#5) If you are using a shortcode that is not working then copy and paste the exact shortcode that you are trying to use so we can see if there is a typo or some other information in the shortcode is missing.
#6) If the issue/error you are seeing only happens at activation time (when you activate this plugin) then tell us which method you used to upload the plugin (the WordPress plugin uploader or an FTP program like Filezilla?).
These points are also explained in more details in our support guideline:
