Unable to load resources

Hi,

I have successfully opened an Amazon S3 video through WP-estore. But I am having trouble doing so with Lightbox.

I am receiving the following error and unsure what to do now…

303: Failed to load a resource: Unable to load resources: Error#2036

I found it interesting that the shortcode for eStore required the inclusion of the bucket’s folder name in the product url. But, in the lightbox the folder is not listed in the shortcode. Tried adding it but it didn’t help. :o)

what shortcode are you exactly using to play s3 video? Is the video protected?
