If you configure SMTP, all the outgoing emails will contain the ONE from address value that is configured in the SMTP configuration. That’s very normal and proper way for a business to function in terms of outgoing emails.
The way you want to configure won’t work with the current setup you have. I will send you an email.

There is something else happening on your site that’s causing this behavior. Most likely the IPN messages aren’t being received by the plugin. I remember checking your site couple of weeks ago and there were some issues with the secondary levels not having start date set. So there was definitely some configuration issues on this site.
Have you received any new subscription/recurring payment recently from a user? If you have, how is that profile behaving?
This issue is not coming from the eStore plugin. There is another plugin on this site (or an option in a plugin) that’s causing the formatting issue.
