eMembers cannot register as registration form will not accept email or username

I am selling online pay to view videos. When purchasers try to fill out the automatically generated registration form they are unable to do so as any email or username typed in triggers a red warning that the purchasers choice is not valid (wrong number of letters etc etc). This happens regardless of what is typed in.

when you fill in the top fields, regardless of input, a red error message/prompt comes up to indicate that the input is incorrect.

Please do the following now:

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)

Then empty/delete any caching from your site and the browser. Try after that.
