Problem with Membership Directory Details page

I’ve installed the Member Profile Extended plugin to generate a membership Directory. When I click on the Details link for someone, the variable _%user_name%_ is shown at the top. Why is this happening and how to I fix it?

Does the username value exist for the profile in question? Post the URL of the page and the steps to see the issue on your site.

Yes, the user name does exist. Here is the link to our Directory Listing: [venturacogensoc.com/membership-directory] If you click on the Details link for my name (Terri Parks), you will see the issue pop up. My user name is terparks.

The “user_name” field was missing from the shortcode of the “Detailed Profile Page”.
