eStore receipt shows \r\n at the beginning of new line

Hi there,
I’m using the receipt addon. Everything works fine (translation file would have been helpful), just the PDF customer can download shows the return information \r\n at the beginning of a new line. This occurs in the heading area only where the company information is located.

Looks like this

Did you change anything? Also, does the receipt body contain any of those characters?

This is most likely coming from a conflict. Do the following test:

Test to (How to) Identify a Conflicting Theme or Plugin

In the create-reciept-pdf.php I changed in row #219 the Column titles to have them in German.

Please be assured – I checked this before posting here. No caching plugin on site. All plugins deactivated: \r\n stays at the beginning of new line in the area company information

Yes, this ony happens in the company details area; body of receipt is fine

When you did the editing… did you save the file as a UTF-8 encoded file??? Does using THE ORIGINAL file make any difference???

The original file has the same output with \r\n

The file I changed was saved as UTF-8

Seems to be a Mac problem – I checked with a PC: everything is fine.

I will leave it as it is, you may close the topic.

Note to future self: Issue may be caused by Mac O/S being *nix based.
