ModeratorThe terms “downloadable” and “don’t want them to share” are diametrical. Unless you embed Digital Rights Management into the videos, and sell license keys separately; there is no fool proof way to prevent sharing.
The best approach would be to do what brick & mortar stores do; account for possible shrinkage (shoplifting) into the purchase price.
If you use the native Amazon S3 integration feature of eStore, files sizes would generally be of no concern. If you host the files on your site, you may run into performance limitations related to the kind of hosting package you are using.

ModeratorAmin, is best qualified to assist you with this. He is in Australia, and we must wait until the Earth & Sun are properly aligned with his side of the planet.

ModeratorFirst, please read the following article…

After a cursory look at the specifications for the Versatile theme, I believe there is a conflict between eStore and the theme’s built-in support for “pricing boxes.” There may also be conflicts between the NextGen plugin and the theme’s built-in “Gallery” support.
Because the default WordPress theme seems to work, I believe the most appropriate advice would be for you to contact the developer; using his support forum…

ModeratorWhat theme are you using? Have you tried using the default WordPress theme, just to see what happens?

ModeratorAt the present time, it looks like the show no price option is only available for showing individual items, using the extra short codes package.

I’m pretty confident that Amin could extend the use of the show no price option to other short codes; if he agrees that it could be easily done.

ModeratorI think what will happen is that Amin will send you a formal request for the access information; when he gets in later today. He is in Australia, so it will be about 9 hours from now.

ModeratorThis is really strange…
If I copy the elhack.zip URL into my browser’s address bar; AND tell the (Firefox) browser to immediately OPEN it; it works every time.
If I copy the elhack.zip URL into my browser’s address bar; AND tell the (Firefox) browser to first SAVE the file; and then open it AFTER it has been downloaded; I get different file sizes; some of which are valid and some of which are not… 8(
Since, in this case, we are dealing with unencrypted links, that have nothing to do with eStore; I think there is a more fundamental problem going on somewhere with the server; that needs to be addressed, first.
I do notice, that after trying this experiment a few times, that it gets more reliable after the first few attempts. Who is the hosting provider, and what kind of hosting package is the site using?
wzp
ModeratorWhen I tried the unencrypted link, it downloaded, but both Windows and 7-zip say that the file is invalid. Also, what was downloaded directly is only 3k in size.
Is 3k the correct size of the file?
Perhaps you can try this experiment again, but instead of using WP to upload the file, use FTP in binary mode.

ModeratorIs this the same problem as your other thread?
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/encrypted-download-links-not-working/page/2
wzp
ModeratorIt could be a permissions problem. If you copied the product URL and pasted it into the address bar of your browser, while you are not logged into the site, does the file download?
wzp
Moderator1. Are you hosting the files on your server or on Amazon?
2. Is the Product URL correct?
3. Is the problem only happening for a particular file?
4. Does the problem only happen for emailed links?
wzp
ModeratorWhat specifically is not working?
wzp
ModeratorThis subject has been previously discussed in these threads…
You can try using an iFrame, but it is not a supported use of eStore; and you may run into problems with PayPal security mechanisms.
Since you have a WordPress installation, why not recreate your HTML pages as WordPress pages?
