The original can be stored on and delivered via Amazon S3. This should mitigate any concerns about hosting server space.
What browser are you using? The easiest thing to do would be to simply tell whatever browser you are using to erase ALL cookies.
when dealing with large downloads, the performance is highly dependent upon the quality of the hosting used. For best results, when dealing with very large downloads, it is recommended that customers use the Native Amazon S3 Integration feature. Doing so will offload the burden of downloads from your hosting service to the Amazon Web Services network.

Please ensure that the original PDF file does not have any password protections. Also, p,ease try to stamp another; simple test file, to preclude the possibility that the problems are related to the kind of content in the file. Also, please be mindful that very large files may also cause problems.
This only works for buy now buttons, but I’m pretty sure Amin might be able to make it work for the free download buttons as well.
