Verify That A Link Was Clicked?

Is there any way to verify that a buyer actually clicked on the link they received via email? I’ve composed my email message to buyers to include a conspicuous statement, “Email me if you have any problems…,” and so rely on buyers to report any problems. But I’d rather know if they actually were able to click on the link. (And, yes, I realize that clicking doesn’t guarantee the download worked. But click verification is better than no verification.)
