By what means are you using Authorize.net to pay for memberships; since that is not a “native” eMember payment option? I can “guess,” but it makes more sense if you can articulate it.
If the existing membership subscriptions are “faulty,” that explains why you must perform your weekly ritual. We need to identify the existing issue, AND prevent the problem from happening to new subscribers.
I’m not surprised, that it happened. The reCaptcha verification checks for the presence of a valid “g-recaptcha-response” which will always be an invalid value; because the member was never asked to submit a reCaptcha form. This is something the developer will have to take care of. Would you rather have the new member perform the reCaptcha test, or just bypass it?
@WonderVegas — What version of Firefox did you use, when you did that test??? And do you get the same messages, when using Chrome or Edge?
Please enable the dub logs, and then do a test purchase. When working properly, the logs should show PayPal IPN being processed, inventories updated, and email notifications from the plugin being sent. Also, please review this checklist, to ensure that IPN are being properly processed.

Using “Stacked,” Multiple Membership Levels Per User, you can offer subscribers access to protected pages for limited periods of time. Each of the stacked membership levels can represent a different subscription.
Now is there a way to have the download links appear on the Thank You page?
