Hi, My authorize.net transactions are going through ok, but my members who are using the recurring (ARB) membership sign up are not recurring. Each week I have to log into authorize.net and set each member to ARB, by hand a month after they subscribed, and even though I change them manually, I have no record of the transactions in my members area, only the initial transaction. November 5, 2021 at 4:00 pm #83888wzpModeratorBy what means are you using Authorize.net to pay for memberships; since that is not a “native” eMember payment option? I can “guess,” but it makes more sense if you can articulate it.
If the existing membership subscriptions are “faulty,” that explains why you must perform your weekly ritual. We need to identify the existing issue, AND prevent the problem from happening to new subscribers.
November 5, 2021 at 11:34 pm #83893adminKeymasterThe ARB is something we only have in the payment gateway bundle addon. Is that what you are using?
At the moment I only see the “Add to Cart” button shortcodes on your page. The buy now, add to cart, subscriptions all have different shortcodes so the correct shortcode needs to be used.
If you are using the gateway bundle addon, then my recommendation to you is to use the Stripe subscription. Stripe and PayPal is just far better than any other payment gateways out there. Consider using Stripe subscriptions or PayPal subscriptions as most of our plugins have a good solution with these payment gateways. If need some directions with setting up PayPal or stripe, let us know.

I am not sure how the subscriptions could be faulty, they sign up on the site, then they show up in authorize with the first month paid. They just do not recur like they should. They are recurring and active in the members admin and members area of the site. Just no payments recur.
The product is for a recurring membership, monthly recurring.
Was I supposed to create a membership product that doesn’t go to the cart like was mentioned? Yes, I use the payment gateway bundle upgrade. I set this site up for a client who uses Authorize.net as his processor, I can not make him change to stripe, though it would be much easier. I agree, but he wouldn’t change it so I bought the gateway bundle.It is so tedious to make the ARB recur individually on the Authorize side. I’d really appreciate any help. If i set up wrong for the memberships please help me find my error.
