I had a failure of my smtp provider and some new members joined and didn’t get their email “your registration is now complete” confirming username, password etc.
I just wondered if there is some way to re-send it?

Are you referring to the email that is sent, asking the member to complete their registration?
Go to the “Admin Functions” menu of the eMember plugin. Then you can use the “Regenerate Link” or “Regenerate Link & Email” feature from there.

No, that email cannot be resent since it is ONLY sent after the registration form is successfully submitted by the user.
If your member is having an issue logging into their account, ask them to use the password reset feature. The member login page has a link to the password reset option.
