I have made 6 or 7 test purchases today (new to WP eStore) but no purchases are being recorded and no customers listed in the plugin.
I do have IPN turned on in PayPal. But when I checked the IPN history, each one showed the Delivery Status as “Disabled.” That explains why I’m having the problem (no email sent no download links), but I don’t know how to fix it.
What do I do?

Also, please enable the debug logs, so that we can assist you better.
If your IPN feature is disable in the PayPal account, then you need to enable it for the plugin to work. The following post has info on how to enable the IPN feature:
