The pluigin doesn’t record when customers make a purchase, I only find out via email from Pay Pal. Also “Manage/Edit Customers” shows no customers.
Please enable the dub logs, and then do a test purchase. When working properly, the logs should show PayPal IPN being processed, inventories updated, and email notifications from the plugin being sent. Also, please review this checklist, to ensure that IPN are being properly processed.
