Hi, here you go please try it here [http://newdawnreboot.cloudaccess.net/login/]

Thank you. I can confirm that you have a JavaScript error coming from another plugin (most likely a carousal or slider plugin). Please fix that error then eMember will work correctly. The following post should be helpful for you:

well I deactivated all plugins(except eMember), activated 2012 theme, still I do not get the upload button!
I don’t think 2012 theme from wordpress has javascript errors and I couldn’t find any error using firebug.
Hi, every time I load the page I see this line in the JavaScript console (using Google Chrome):
carouFredSel: No element found for "#carousel ul".
Do you have any idea where this is coming from? That has to be coming from a plugin or your theme. Are you 100% sure that you deactivated all plugins for testing purchase?
I see that error on the site, what I meant in previous post is I tested it on a local server, by disabling all plugins and used 2012 theme and it still doesn’t work. I haven’t tried it online, but I do not think that makes a difference. It should work both offline and online right?
Yes it should. I can’t tell you what is going on with your offline site but I can see that your online one (the one you shared the URL) has JavaScript errors that is not coming from eMember.
It is good to get rid of all your javascript errors because you never know which one will be conflicting with what. So please focus on removing the errors from your site first.
I figured out what was wrong, it wasn’t due to javascript error. It was due to a setting on this page WP eMembers > Settings > General Settings
One needs to uncheck this option Use Gravatar Image in Profile
and it will work
Thenks abhishek1234321, looks like it is a plugin issue. It worked for me as you described.
