Lightbox Ultimate – Amazon S3 Private Video Won't Load

Hi Guys

I’m back into my website project, and I’ve had some issues with my

S3 Protected videos.

Videos WILL Play on:

PC: Google Chrome / Google Chrome Invisible mode /

Ipad: Google Chrome / Safari

Videos WONT Play on:

PC: Internet Explorer 8 – Safari – Opera

Test Pc’s

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bits – 10mbps internet – 8gb Ram

Windows 8 Ultimate 64 Bits – 10mbps internet – 4gb Ram (Laptop)

Ipad 4

Ipad Mini

Iphone 4 4/S

On Chrome, Sometimes Wont show the PlayButton (Have to refresh Multiple times), on IE Black Screen appears.

Tried to Encode with:

HandBreak

H.264 Encoder

Adding Details:

Lightbox on Google Chrome, looks Nice, round and transparent

On Firefox, Safari and IE Looks a Plain Square …

Dont know if this is a Hint ….

We also have problems with Windows 8. The videos are black, but the audio works. If we put the video in full screen all is ok. (the audio and the video)

Hi, can you please provide a link to the page where you are having this issue? Which shortcode are you using?

You need to make sure that your videos are properly encoded. Please Check this post which has instructions for encoding a video so it’s playable:
