ModeratorHi, can you please provide a link to the page where you are having this issue? Which shortcode are you using?
You need to make sure that your videos are properly encoded. Please Check this post which has instructions for encoding a video so it’s playable:

ModeratorHi, can you please disable the “Fancy Redirection On Checkout” option in the eStore settings for now? Please also enable sandbox in the gateway bundle settings so I can try a full checkout. You will need to replace your “live” Stripe api credentials with the sandbox ones. You can find them under “Your Account -> Account Settings ->API Keys” section of your Stripe account.

ModeratorHi, we have recently updated the plugin so it works with WordPress 3.6 and the jQuery version (1.10.2) included in it. We had to remove some options which will no longer work in the current version. We have also updated the plugin demo page. What version of Lightbox Ultimate are you using?

ModeratorHi, can you please provide a link to the page where I can add a product to the shopping cart and checkout via Stripe?
Stripe script automatically creates a token when credit card information is submitted. This token is generated via JavaScript when a user clicks on the the “Submit” button. So you need to make sure that there is no JavaScript error on the “Collect Details” page. Otherwise, the script will not be able to create the token due to JavaScript conflict.
Here is a good resource which will help you find JavaScript errors on a webpage:

ModeratorHi, what do you mean by “The player you included doesn’t have a play/pause button”? which shortcode are you using? Can you please provide a link to the page so I can take a look?
The designer option is for advanced customizations. Currently we don’t have that type integration which will also work with lightbox. So if you are planning to directly embed a video on a post/page (without lightbox) you can still use the code generated by designer.

ModeratorHi, I have already replied to your forum thread here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/s3-protected-video-doesnt-work-on-popup
We have updated all the major shortcodes including the player. So you probably won’t need to look for a custom player.
I would recommend you to upload a video in MP4 format (H264 encoded). Currently this is the widely used video format which most major browsers support (including iOS devices). Here is a good resource on encoding videos: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/mp4-video-plays-only-audio-video-is-black
You won’t be having any issue with Firefox since the player is responsible for playing the video. Firefox only complains if you manually embed a video (using HTML5 <video> tag) and the video format is not webm.

August 10, 2013 at 12:25 am in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – Links in my PDF file not working on Firefox #57044wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, I don’t think it has anything to do with lightbox. Every browser has a different pdf engine to open the PDF file. For some reason the Firefox one is not being able to recognize the links in your PDF file.
If you directly open the PDF file in a new tab you will see the same behaviour on Firefox:

May be you should use a good PDF converter like Adobe Acrobat to create your PDF files. Here is a link to one of our documentation guides and the links in it work fine on Firefox:

ModeratorHi, currently this is what we offer in the payment gateway bundle addon:
1. PayPal Payments Pro – on-site credit card checkout for both one-time and recurring payments. Your users won’t need to leave your website for making the payments.
2. PayPal Payments Advanced – one-time checkout option (no recurring). It allows you to customize the checkout page template (the page where a user will make the payments). Currently the addon only supports layout A.
For more information please check the payment gateway bundle addon page:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-payment-gateway-bundle-plugin
If you use only WP eStore you will get the following features:
1. PayPal Website Payments Standard – Checkout using “Add to Cart”, “Buy Now” or “Subscription type” buttons. The user is directed to the PayPal website to make the payments (not on-site checkout).
You can learn more about different types of buttons here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/different-types-of-payment-buttons-and-their-behaviour
August 8, 2013 at 11:37 pm in reply to: eStore – how do I find the http link connecting to PayPal for my BUY NOW button #57006wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, please use the link like the following in your button:
You need to replace “1” with your actual eStore product ID.
For more information please check the documentation for this feature:
Alternatively, you can also use one of the WP eStore shortcodes to create a “Buy Now” button:
