Thanks. Actually the errors are not getting triggered because of a conflict. Your theme seems to be including jQuery in the footer. It needs to be included before all other JavaScript files/codes are included on that page. The following post has more explanation for you:

Hi, I’m not sure how that happened. PayPal usually determines the locale by using a cookie in the buyer’s browser. If there is no PayPal cookie, the default locale is set to merchant (your) country.
You can try forcing the locale to see how it goes (Instructions are still the same).

Hi, I believe the error is getting triggered from a jQuery conflict. Your theme is not following the WordPress API so there are now two copies of jQuery on the same page:

@Ericwin, Have you enabled “Use PayPal Profile Based Shipping” option in the eStore settings? It’s under WP eStore->Settings->Payment Gateway Settings->PayPal Settings.
