I am uploading a range of MP4 file sizes (3mb – 30mb). The videos, obviously, load faster with the smaller files. Is there anyway to set Lightbox so once 5 sec of content is loaded, the video starts playing? i can set this with other 3rd party players.
By not allowing the video to start to play after a portion is downloaded, the viewer seems to think the link is broken as they dont know its status of loading.
any thoughts?
Hi, This is something the browser will automatically handle for you. We don’t have any option for it at the moment. However, if the metadata is present at the beginning of the video it should start playing almost instantly:
