Audio plays, mp4 video is black (most of the time…)

Audio plays, video is black. In Chrome the video is black from start to finish, in IE it starts out black and then starts showing 10-15 seconds into the video. I used Camtasia 8 to produce the mp4 file. Using ultimate 2.1.2, WordPress 4.0

I rerecorded with a different bit rate, size, etc. Now it seems to play consistently correctly in IE 10, but is still completely black in Chrome 38.

I’m willing to change to a different shortcode type. Anything that will autoplay, if that will make a difference.

I used H.264/MPEG-4. That is what Camtasia outputs for an mp4 file. Are there any other settings I need to worry about? The direct link to the file is:
