Lightbox Ultimate – add description under image

I have just made a Youtube video gallery with the fancy1 class

all works great and no problems at all

But can I add in the description of the video either under or next to the link image? I have it in the shortcode anchor text but it would be good to have it displaying along with the thumbnail

Is this possible
