It’s not really a recommended option. Some themes tend to break the shortcodes by applying custom formatting. We just have that option to prevent it.
I just tested your video. It seems to be playing fine for me. I was able to use spacebar to pause and play several times.

@bertrand, Alternatively you can create a Buy Now text link and choose to open it in a new window/tab:
The link parameter in the shortcode is not correct. It’s just a URL to the page where the video is embedded. You will need to specify the actual location of the video file (download link). For example:
[http://im360.immersivemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/video.mp4]

Thanks. Do you have the “Fancy Redirection On Checkout” option enabled in the eStore settings? If so please disable that option and see how it goes.
