Hi, there is no link generation in streaming video from Cloudfront. The player streams the video based on the api credentials you provide.
Hi, the plugin will send an email to the email address that is registered in the “Customer” database (the email address you see in the manage customers menu).
The download link works just like the link that gets sent out via email after the transaction. You can control the number of times it can be downloaded by specifying a value in the “Download Limit Count” field (under eStore->General Settings->Digital Download Delivery Settings section).
Hi, Basically, you received a payment notification from Paypal that didn’t have any eStore product ID associated in it. This means, it is not an authentic eStore payment. It is likely that a customer is trying to inject payment notification to get your download for free but eStore will catch it and block these.
You can ignore those failures. eStore is simply notifying you of this so you are aware of it.
If you want to investigate it further then enable debug in eStore then check the debug log next time you get one of these notifications. This post will explain how you can enable the eStore debug option on your site:

If you really need your customer to select a particular question you can set it to “Required” (the form can’t be submitted until they select that one). Otherwise they are optional anyway.

There are 3 ways to embed a video: direct embed, emebd using anchor text (lightbox), emebd using anchor image (lightbox). The last four parameters of your shortcode look like the following:
direct_embed="" anchor_type="" text="" source=""]The plugin doesn’t even know how to embed this video (it’s broken). Please read the YouTube documentation carefully before you use the shortcode:
Hi, Do you have the “Adobe Reader/Acrobat” installed on your computer? If you do you need to make sure that you can view the PDF file when you directly access it in the browser window. It will only work with lightbox if your browser can display it (For firefox you might need to change the “content” settings so it doesn’t start downloading PDF).
You won’t have this issue on Google Chrome because it has a built-in PDF viewer plugin.
