There are 3 ways to embed a video: direct embed, emebd using anchor text (lightbox), emebd using anchor image (lightbox). The last four parameters of your shortcode look like the following:

direct_embed="" anchor_type="" text="" source=""]

The plugin doesn’t even know how to embed this video (it’s broken). Please read the YouTube documentation carefully before you use the shortcode:

Thanks for the assistance and direction. I changed the code to anchor to a text.

I don’t see the same JavaScript error that you reported for Background Mgr.
