WP eStore – How to display items by category?

I’ve created some categories and assigned my products but I’m having a hard time visualizing how to use the categories short codes.

Basically it’s how to use the categories I need help with.

How do I list them as links above my fully displayed product list so that if someone clicks on a category link it ONLY displays the products assigned to that category and hides the rest of the products?
