WP Photo Seller – Shortcode Request

Hi Peter,

Is there a shortcode I can use to display which Album a photo comes from when ordered? Currently the order includes only the product details {product_details} and the product name {product_name} (among others) in the email to the “seller.” Is there a shortcode I can use to achieve the above result? Future suggestion?

Hi Peter, how are you doing on this? We’ve uploaded a ton of photos and are getting sales but it’s taking an extraordinary amount of time to find which photo the customer wants. Could you let me know if you are looking into the issue yet? If not, we’re going to have to find a way to rename the photos so finding them will be easier.

Haven’t had a chance to look at this yet.

You mentioned it is hard to find which photo a customer wants – do you mean after they have made the purchase?

Did you know that the orders menu will tell you which gallery every photo which was ordered comes from? Have you used that to identify which photos your customers have ordered?

Simply go to the Photo Seller >> Orders menu and then click the “view” link on the order which you are interested in.
