WP Photo Seller – can't see new photos in album

I can create new gallery and upload new photos, but i can’t edit gallery and add new photos. When i add some new photos to egsisted gallery i get text “The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2016/01” and somethimes when i upload photo i can’t see this photo, only name of photo. Help. There are a lot of mistakes in this plugin…

Do you mean you cannot see the photos in backend inside the gallery settings page or do you do mean the front end or both?

Can you please provide a link to your gallery and tell me how many photos I should expect to see?

When i create new gallery photos are included, but when i edit old gallery, all photos become unseen after saving and nothing making.when i add new photos to old gallery after watermarking i haven’t see these new photos. I’m having similar issues. Some files in bulk upload “failed,” for whatever reason. So I thought, I’ll delete them from the gallery and then just upload them again through the WP dashboard (wp photo seller – gallery – upload or select images.

No dice.

First, I can’t upload anything. Select files button does NOTHING.

So I uploaded through the media gallery (std. WP function) and lo and behold, when I go back to the wp photo seller plugin, and choose select images, it lets me but then nothing happens, i.e., the photos are IN WP but not in the wp photo seller gallery.

One of two things may be happening:

1) It may be likely that your server is not able to handle the resizing and watermarking tasks which need to occur when you create a gallery.

What is your server’s PHP memory_limit configuration value? (you should set this to at least 256M)

Is your site hosted on a shared hosting plan?

Please check your server’s PHP error log file to see if there are any logs related to the photo seller.

2) there is a plugin conflict on your system which is breaking the photo upload button in the photo seller gallery settings page.

My understanding is that you’ve used the photo seller to create galleries before and the upload button worked, so it is strange how now it suddenly would stop working.
