I just installed the plugin on a new site and I have several issues as noted below:
1. I have an image that is not displaying in the gallery. I deleted the image and then re-uploaded, but it still has the same issue. I uploaded 2 other images, and the appear to be working.
2. Password protect is randomly working. When it does not work, I get an error: The server is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or capacity issue. If I don’t have password protect activate, I don’t get this error.
3. When testing paypal with the sandbox, I sometimes get through and sometimes not. When I get an error it says: Internal server error or misconfiguration: please contact server admin.
4. I was also having some issue with testing the download function. When ever I click the download link it would be all jibberish. It appears to be working now, but I thought I would just mention that in case you came across this.
5. Why do uploaded images show up twice in wp media library?
April 10, 2017 at 9:55 pm #75449mrybarraMemberI turned on the log and this is what I see:

April 10, 2017 at 11:35 pm #75450adminKeymasterWhenever you see an error like the following, it is usually something wrong with the server:
server is temporarily unavailable
Internal server error or misconfiguration
What kind of hosting are you using for this new site? Is it a shared hosting plan? Which hosting company and plan are you using?
What is the PHP RAM limit of this server? Ask your hosting provider this question and they will be able to tell you. You should aim to have at least 256MB of PHP RAM memory on the server. Otherwise the image resize or watermarking operation may fail.

If you choose an image which was already uploaded to your site outside of the photo seller plugin, then the plugin will make a copy of it.
If you upload the image from inside the photo seller settings, then you won’t see a copy of the image.
April 13, 2017 at 3:00 am #75452mrybarraMemberI’m using 1and1.com to host website. I will ask what the php size is, but I think it is 256.
April 13, 2017 at 12:55 pm #75453mrybarraMemberI had my hosting company update the php memory size to 256 and that solved the image issue. I’m also noticing another issue with the watermark. I have it set for repeated grid, but it is not repeating. It is only showing the first centered mark that was initially set up.
April 13, 2017 at 12:59 pm #75454mrybarraMemberOk. I think the watermark issue was a web browser caching issue. I was able to see the new watermark settings a different browser.
April 13, 2017 at 3:06 pm #75455wzpModerator256mb is the minimum recommended amount of PHP memory. Unless you have a very good reason not to, try to have PHP memory at 512mb or even 1gb. I mean, come on, you are already paying for it.
If you are using any page caching plugins; please ensure they are properly configured also:

April 14, 2017 at 5:23 pm #75456mrybarraMemberThanks, I got the memory issue resolved. Does the plugin notify the user if they entered an invalid password on a password protected gallery? As I’m doing my testing, I think I’m getting the server error when the wrong password is entered. When I enter the correct password, it goes through.
April 14, 2017 at 11:36 pm #75457adminKeymasterIf the password is incorrect it will prompt the user to enter the correct password.
If it is showing a server error then thats another issue with the server. Create a test WordPress page (just a standard page). Then apply password protection to it. Test this page and you will probably see the same error. Now, you can show this to your hosting provider to get that fixed. When that is fixed, the photo seller’s password option should work normally.
April 15, 2017 at 1:20 pm #75458mrybarraMemberI will check with hosting provider. I did the test as you directed and received the same error. When a password protected page appears, it looks like there is already a password filled in ………., as if it was saved from last time. I then click submit a couple of times and then it produces the error. When I enter the correct password, I do not get the error.
April 26, 2017 at 1:38 am #75459mrybarraMemberThanks for your help. I upgraded my hosting plan and my issues/questions in this post were resolved.
