Hi, I have followed the following instructions:
“In order to use your own logo image as a watermark please save this gallery first.”
I have then gone back and added my watermark image.
Then when i view the gallery, the lightbox images show the word “copyright” as the watermark instead of my logo.
If I click “add to cart” the watermark is then my logo as it should be.
How can I make it so that the watermark is always my logo and not the word “copyright”.
Hope you can help!
Many thanks
February 13, 2016 at 4:20 am #72528PeterMemberCan you please provide a link to the gallery with the problem so I can see the issue for myself?
February 13, 2016 at 7:43 am #72529SkutlaMemberThanks Peter, I figured it out eventually. It’s a shame you have to save the gallery before adding the image watermark.
It would be very helpful if the bit that says:
“In order to use your own logo image as a watermark please save this gallery first.”
said something like:
“In order to use your own logo image as a watermark please save this gallery before uploading any images, then add your watermark image, then upload images, then save gallery again.”
That would’ve saved a few hours of messing around.
Thanks again

I think you’ve found a small bug. Thanks for spotting this.
I will investigate further and apply a fix.

November 23, 2016 at 1:59 pm #72533ajphotozMemberPeter: I have the latest version
Version2.1.5
Date Modified2016-08-15
and this is still not fixed.
How do we regenerate the Thumbnails with the new CopyRight Logo.
Best,
AJ
November 24, 2016 at 1:51 am #72534PeterMemberCan you please post a link to your gallery and describe what logo I should be seeing?
It might be that the browser and plugin’s caching feature is showing you the old logo. Have you tried using a completely different browser or launching another “private” or “incognito” session to view your gallery?
On a side note:
we have a newer version of the plugin which I recommend that you update to:

April 30, 2017 at 8:41 pm #72535GroaMemberI just bought this plugin and have the same problem [http://valaimages.com/en/photogallery/?v=945e3d9b3c13], I’ll try the method Skutla described and see if that does the trick…
May 1, 2017 at 7:20 am #72536PeterMemberHi Groa,
I can see that your watermark says “Vala images”.
Is this what you are expecting?
