Hi, I have discovered that from the cart page, it is impossible to proceed to payment through PayPal. When I set up the plugin in January I did a test and all was working okay. I have not put through a payment since, and have only just tried again. So I am unsure exactly when my issue began. Here is my cart page which is experiencing the issue: [https://julianance.com.au/shop/cart/]
When the ‘Proceed To Payment’ button is clicked, the page simply refreshes, and the cart remains the same. I cannot seem to proceed to PayPal to put through a payment. The URL changes, so it seems to indicate that a PayPal checkout has been clicked at least. As an example, after clicking the Proceed To Payment button the URL will change to something like this:
This issue is occurring with and without coupon use. My payments that I have been trying to test have been higher than $1.
It occurs with international shipping as well as local (Australia). It occurs when shipping has been turned off completely too.
I have tested turning International shipping off (and it remains off at the moment), but I still have the same PayPal redirect issue when I have tested all these things.
I am using WordPress Version 4.7.3, and WP Photo Seller Version 2.1.9.
In my WP Photo Seller settings I have selected to use Paypal standard checkout.
My PayPal email is up to date and I have checked my PayPal settings. I have a PayPal business account.
In the wordpress backend of this page, I have code for Google Analytics but I have tested removing this and the problem remains.
I have also tried disabling any new plugins to see if they have interfered, but no success.
Do you have any suggestions for me to resolve this issue?
Kind regards,
Julia
April 10, 2017 at 11:44 pm #75460adminKeymasterThis site has a lot of JavaScript errors that need to be addressed. Those JS errors may be causing our plugin’s functionality to break.
You must have changed the plugins you have on your site (since you last checked) and some of them have JS errors.
You need to make sure your site has no JavaScript errors at all otherwise you will see various weird behaviors on the site.
Read the following post which will show you how you can see these errors I am talking about and then deactivate the plugins causing them:

April 11, 2017 at 10:25 pm #75461juliananceMemberThanks for yor help!
I have deactivated all plugins, and also deactivated my theme and went to a default theme.
My problem still persists.
Could there be anything else causing this? Aside from javascript errors?
Thanks for your time.
Kind regards,
Julia
April 12, 2017 at 6:49 am #75462PeterMemberIn addition to your current cart issues, I’ve noticed that your site is not properly showing the link in the “view cart” button after someone has added something to the cart.
Have you deleted the cart page or made any changes to the existing page?
You mentioned that everything used to work ok but then it stopped working. This usually means you have changed something on your site such as installing a new plugin or updating a theme or plugin which has introduced a conflict.
I will send you an email so I can log in to your site and take a closer look.

Thanks for your response and your email.
I appreciate you looking into this.
Yes I was trying to figure out the issue, so I ended up re-making the pages (using the admin settings option). So I think I must have done something wrong here! Sorry about that.
I have made various changes since I first tested it, with most theme design and added pages (I updated my current theme, but I didn’t add many plugins). I have since disabled most plugins, and I plan on doing a proper test on all of those over the Easter Weekend (I will follow the guides of what good plugins are that one of your forum answers specifies).
Again, thanks for the time you are spending to help me.
July 26, 2017 at 6:40 pm #75464visual1bcMemberI’m having the same issue on my site: [http://www.pjkirk.com/]
Add to Cart works perfectly. However, the Proceed to Checkout doesn’t go to PayPal. The URL changes:
but the page content doesn’t change.
The only js error I saw caused by The Events Plugin. I disable it. I still have a font error:
GET pjkirk.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/css/%22https:/fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans%22
Proceed to Cart still doesn’t work
July 26, 2017 at 8:33 pm #75465visual1bcMemberNote: I reactivated the Events plugin for design review purposes.
the Event js errors are:
TEC Debug: Tribe Events JS init, Init Timer started from tribe-events.js.
TEC Debug: tribe-events.js successfully loaded
TEC Debug: bootstrapDatepicker was just initialized in “tribe-events-bar.js
TEC Debug: tribe-events-bar.js successfully loaded
Proceed to Checkout still wasn’t working with this plugin deactivated. Not seeing any other js errors.
thanks.
July 27, 2017 at 12:28 am #75466adminKeymasterLooks like you have trashed the cart page. The plugin can’t work if you delete any of the required pages that this plugin created at the time of install. Please do not touch any of the pages this plugin creates. Go to your pages menu then restore the cart page.
