I created this site ages ago, so I am very fuzzy on the setup – but it appears that customers are no longer getting an email with their download link. I am pretty sure they were when we set it up. She has not had much in the way of sales, so I am not sure when the problem started, but I need help resolving it. I have been reading through the forums but am not finding an answer.
I have tried the email tester plugin, and emails are able to be sent.
I have debugging turned on, but I am not sure which debug file to lok at? I looked at all of the ones I could find, and none of them show an email being sent.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance. The site is using the latest version of wordpress and eStore version Version v3.9.6
I am happy to provide a log in to support.

2. Run a test transaction with the debug turned on:

3. Share the content of the debug file so we can see where things maybe going wrong.

Fatal error: Class ‘Emember_Auth’ not found in /home/sbertin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/wp_eStore1.php on line 779
I have debugging turned on and all of the debug files are blank as of right now.

This error is most probably because your files didn’t upload properly.

August 21, 2012 at 12:54 pm #48573websydaisyMemberOk, I replaced estore and emember and it is working now, whew! But I seem to have lost my Thank you page (or my client deleted it on accident, which seems likely). What is the shortcode I need to put on a Thank You page so that they also get the appropriate link for what they ordered there?
August 21, 2012 at 11:26 pm #48574adminKeymasterThe following documentation will help you with the shortcode for the “Thank You” page:
