Text in product description problem not accepting certain characters

When I am creating the products in my estore at http://www.jesuschrist.co.uk/spiritlife I am having a problem with certain characters not displaying correctly in the fancyproduct descriptions. Specifically iut will not allow me to use characters such as ‘ ”

is this a known issue or is it something specific to my site for some reason?

I am using version 2.5.8

Is there an update as I plan to utilise your PDF brander in the near future.

You guys rock and really do consider carefully what people would need or want from a plugin. Keep up the good work.
