Members Not Deleting

Hi….

I’m having trouble deleting members…. I’ve tried both to delete from the “manage members” screen – as well as the “edit members” screen. Neither seems to work. Have also tried in different browsers (Chrome, FF on Mac and Windows). Same result – which is asking me for confirmation (I select YES) and then refreshes (or seems to ) the page and nothing happens. Or, sometimes brings me to a 404 error on the blog… A little more detail:

I’m using v5.1.4 of the plugin and I’ve not modified it in anyway….
