The following error means you still have a memory issue (your server is running out of allocated PHP memory. The PHP memory is different than the upload memory limit. Contact your web host and ask them how much PHP memory your server has and they will be able to give you the correct number.
Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1104832 bytes)As soon as you fix the memory issue the plugin won’t complain about it anymore and the stamping will work fine.

Blank screen indicates that your server is running out of memory (Newer release of WordPress tend to be bigger than the previous one, so if you were near the memory limit the upgrade would push it over your memory limit that your hosting provider has allocated for you).

So, contact your hosting provider and find out the PHP memory limit on your server and see how much of it is free.
A blank screen when you load your site usually indicates that your server is running out of memory or you are nearly on the memory limit (RAM memory allocated for your PHP application). So when you active another big plugin (for example, eStore, PDF Stamper etc.) it is pushing over your memory limit that your hosting provider has allocated for your account. This limit from your server then makes it to where WordPress can’t load the page.
