Issue with WordPress 3.3 – Blank page

Hi

I’ve been using your plugins for several months with no problem (emember, estore and PDF stamper).

Since I updated to WordPress 3.3 I have a big one :

in my membership protected pages (with emember), people cannot download stamped pdf. When I clicked on the download link, it was just going to a full white page with the created link in the bar address (but no download was going on).

I updated the plugins (estore v6.2.5, emember v7.4.5 and PDF stamper v4.0.7) but nothing changed, still impossible to download the file and now it just goes to a white page (still with the header and the menu bar visible). When I look in my admin panel, the pdf file is created.

Note : I’m using this shortcode : [wp_eStore_download_now_button_with_stamping]

I repeat : everything was working ok before WP 3.3 and I didn’t change anything else.

I did a test with the following shortcode : wp_eStore_download_now_button

and it worked so it’s definitely coming from the stamping part (“with_stamping” code)

…and I also tried to remove and reinstall the extra shortcodes plugin with the latest version, still not working.

…and last detail : the manual stamping is not working either in fact since the upgrade to SP 3.3 so it’s the whole PDF plugin that doesn’t work.

(and I repeat : I did a fresh install of the latest version)

Blank screen indicates that your server is running out of memory (Newer release of WordPress tend to be bigger than the previous one, so if you were near the memory limit the upgrade would push it over your memory limit that your hosting provider has allocated for you).

So, contact your hosting provider and find out the PHP memory limit on your server and see how much of it is free.

No, nothing changed with an increase of PHP memory limit. And I do not have a complete white screen, I still have all the menu and template.

Are you sure the plugin is perfectly working with WP 3.3 ?
