Louilee
MemberHi,
I am having a few problems with site login.
Once the login request is submitted, users find themselves on a blank white screen.
[admin removed site details]
By using the back button after login, you will then find yourself on the previous screen in a logged in state.
However…
Once logged in, members of the site do not have their WordPress user role recognized. This is possibly because they have not been logged into WordPress properly due to the interrupted login process, although I have ticked all the right boxes to create a WP user role and auto login into WordPress and vice versa according to the eMember documentation. I have also tried disabling fancy login.
Please help.

MemberFYI, Chrome is throwing a 500 Error while trying to login. Using WP 3.3.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

MemberMy apologies. I had uploaded the wrong version. This update did correct the blank page and redirect. Again, my apologies for posting that it didn’t work.

ModeratorIt seems like your site is running out of PHP memory. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP Memory limit.
Also, try downloading and installing a “fresh copy” of the plugin:

KeymasterThat message is definitely not coming from any of our plugin. Do the following test to figure out which plugin it is coming from:
