Even if you could, PDF Stamper will croak trying to stamp it, due to various technical limitations; imposed by PHP, your server, and various timeout issues.

Try breaking the file up into smaller “chapter” files.

@motavi, what is your server’s memory limitation? You shouldn’t have issue uploading a 64MB file via WordPress’s media uploaded given you have the memory capability.

    Hello,

i repost for the same problem. I have allocated more memory, in php.ini.

    I have “upload memory”= 100 M, post max size =100M,and memory =128.

    And all was good.

But know, i have te same problem

“[12/14/2011 10:05 PM] – FAILURE :An error occured while trying to stamp the file! Error details: <b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1104832 bytes) in <b>/home/resetthe/public_html/du-salariat-au-business.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/lib/fpdf/tfpdf.php</b> on line <b>0</b>”

How can i do to do the necessary… i don’t know how to write in the “tfpdf.php”, and i don’t know the “line 0”.

    Can you help me ?!

The following error means you still have a memory issue (your server is running out of allocated PHP memory. The PHP memory is different than the upload memory limit. Contact your web host and ask them how much PHP memory your server has and they will be able to give you the correct number.

Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1104832 bytes)

As soon as you fix the memory issue the plugin won’t complain about it anymore and the stamping will work fine.

Uncheck the “Stamp the file” checkbox for this product by editing this product from eStore. Then deactivate the PDF stamper plugin from the plugins menu.

    Hello,

i have seen in “manage stamped files” the option “bulk delete”. But it’s manual.

How can i delete the old stamped files automaticaly (not manually )?

It can be a solution to liberate the memory…

    Thank you for the answer.

Deleting “old stamped files” only frees up server disk space, not server memory.

The reason it’s not automatic (yet) is that the stamper has no way to automatically tell if a stamped files has been downloaded yet.
