The smart thumbnail script needs the images to be on the same domain otherwise it can’t modify them for security reasons.
We don’t have a video for it. Which option is confusing you?

Why won’t the files be secure? The links will only show up after a purchase (if you directly go to the thank you page without making a purchase there will be nothing there).

No, the affiliate plugin doesn’t have any option to add fields to the registration form or manual approval (You can delete an account anytime)
If you use eStore’s product specific tax (not the PayPal profile one) then it will apply that tax (2.4% for this product) to everyone (it won’t differentiate between countries).
The button that is not showing the image doesn’t have an image specified for it. Check the “Button Image URL” field of that product.
The buttons that are not showing the Terms and conditions are of “Add to Cart” type. The terms and conditions is shown for them in the shopping cart for this type of button. Try adding those items to the cart and you will see what I mean. The “Buy Now” type buttons do not go to the cart which is why the terms and conditions for them is shown with the button.
“I noticed that in some cases there are no Usernames associated with the Member” – This simply means that this user made a membership payment or filled out an email confirmation form but haven’t completed the registration yet. The member account will only be activated after they complete the registration by clicking on the link sent to their email address.
You can resend (if needed) the registration completion prompt for a particular user from the “Admin Functions” menu of the plugin.
