Display name in "edit profile/profile"

Hi!

I would like for the member to be able to edit the way they are presented in WordPress. I dont use WP profile page but only eMember profile and would like to know if there is any way for this funtion to be implemented in the “[ edit_profile ]” funtion (like first name last name or alias) instead of username.

How do I do this?

You can display the First Name and Last name in eMember’s edit profile. Simply go to the “Pages/Forms Settings” menu of eMember and check the fields that you want to show in the “Edit Profile” section.

No, that doesnt work. Even if I use those fields in the edit profile and profile, logged in member still comment posts with their username and I dont want the members to go to WordPress profile (its ugly) to change the way they are presented on the site. I would like the eMember_edit_profile to show the same drop down menu for “show as” as in WP Profile page. Posssible?

No, eMember can’t show the same drop downs as the WordPress profile.
