Who is your hosting provider? Ask the hosting provider, if there is any page caching enabled for this site.
Do you have any plugin that offers “caching”? Some non cache plugin can have a feature for caching also.
For the user who sees the error, is the member account registration complete? I mean if you go to the admin interface and find that user’s profile, is the username value complete or empty?

adminKeymasterIs your server using Apache or Nginx? If you are talking about emember’s folder protection feature, it can be affected by the server that you are using. It should work fine on server’s where .htaccess protection works fine.
adminKeymasterIt will still capture it. Is the cookie dropping on the site correctly after the affiliate click?
Give me the following info so I can inspect it using my browser:
1) A link to your landing page in question (where you have the form).
2) The affiliate link that you are using to test.

We rely on our users for the language translation file. So the last time this language file was given to us must have messed up the formatting. I have sent you an email so you can reply back to it and send us the new language file.
adminKeymasterOnly English characters are supported by this plugin (this is explained on the landing page of the plugin). I have sent you an email for it.
