Download protecation not working

While testing the download protection folder I experienced an issue. I’ve uploaded a couple of test files (.png) and activated the download protection. The first time I tried to download the file a pop-up to login came up but the only member currently created couldn’t download the file ( no feedback if the password was wrong ). Then I tried to use my WordPress login and that also couldn’t download the file. I tried disabling the download protection and re-able it. Now the pop-up doesn’t even show up and the page just keeps loading.

Which of the plugins are you specifically referring to?

Is your server using Apache or Nginx? If you are talking about emember’s folder protection feature, it can be affected by the server that you are using. It should work fine on server’s where .htaccess protection works fine.

Issue is not relevant anymore ,we resolved the issue.
