Stripe Payment popup stopped showing up

Hi,

Im using eStore Version 8.0.7 and WP Payment Gateway Bundle Version 2.4.0 on the following site https://www.dropbox.com/s/r6i2gu726dm7lil/Popup%20not%20showing%20up.png?dl=0.

Everything has worked well before but lately the payment popup is not showing automatically after clicking the buy button. Instead one have to click the image “proceed to checkout” to get the popup showing.

Note: Im using WP Rocket as caching software.

How do I solve this?

The only two caching plugins that we “officially” support are WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache. For any other caching plugin, you must determine if it can be configured in a manner similar to the two supported plugins.

Also do the following for eStore and the gateway bundle. There has been some Stripe related changes that you should update:

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)

I have deactivated the WP Rocket plugin but the issue remains.

I have also downloaded fresh builds of the plugins and am about to install them but want to make sure that the custom work that Tips and Tricks have done previously will not be lost?

What was the customization? Was it delivered via a custom addon? If it was delivered via a custom addon then you can update the core plugin without losing anything.

The customization was done by Luke and was CSS. I have installed fresh builds of both plugins and it seems that nothing was lost. I also deactivated the WP Rocket plugin, but the issue remains, i.e. the Stripe popup is still not showing up. Any advice?
