FYI – Migration related issues are beyond the scope of standard support (due to the issue being migration related, not an actual issue in the plugin). So we can only guess things and try to give pointers. That may not actually resolve the matter (depending on how tricky the migration related issue is).
If you need dedicated help on this, you need to use the following option:
April 13, 2021 at 5:00 pm in reply to: Moved to new server machine but products info not showing up? #82878adminKeymasterWhen you migrate a site, you just need to make sure that all the WP database tables are migrating correctly. There is nothing special that you need to do just for eStore. Did the admin rename the tables?
April 12, 2021 at 4:59 pm in reply to: Is it possible to use both discount codes & gift voucher on one order? #82871adminKeymasterNo, it cannot be used that way. I will send you an email for it.
April 12, 2021 at 4:52 pm in reply to: Request help with setting up Stripe with eStore (and eMember) #82870adminKeymasterI have replied to your email.
adminKeymasterThat’s not for the “add to cart” button, that option open the checkout (when you click the checkout button in the cart) in a new window/tab.
April 6, 2021 at 4:21 pm in reply to: How to include donation amount and name in the Purchase Confirmation Email? #82851adminKeymasterI have corrected the URL. Try this:
adminKeymasterI will check your configuration to see what I can find. I have sent you an email for it.
adminKeymasterConfigure the following (the PayPal’s PDT configuration) and then the plugin can empty the cart after the checkout success. This allows the plugin to retain the cart on the way to PayPal’s checkout page.
WP eStore – Instant Digital Product Delivery on A Thank You Page
adminKeymasterNo, the mailchimp integration cannot do custom fields. It can only signup the user using the name and email address only.
adminKeymasterIf you are a coder then you can modify that template 5 to customize it and change how it looks on your site.
The following post maybe helpful for this topic:
adminKeymasterIf the “Downloadable” checkbox of a product is unchecked (in the product configuration), then the plugin will request PayPal to collect shipping address during checkout. That address is then available for you to see in the manage customers menu of eStore. You can also see the shipping address in your PayPal account.
The following documentation maybe helpful also when you think about configuring shipping for your physical items:
adminKeymasterMost likely the cronjob is failing on your site (or not registered correctly). Deactivate the plugin then re-activate it so the cronjob can get registered again. Basically, do what @wzp suggested and this should get addressed in the process.
adminKeymasterSomething is messed up on your site. Did you apply any customizations? I will need to check configuration. I will send you an email for it.
March 29, 2021 at 7:47 pm in reply to: Wp eStore not showing sale, but the debug log shows it #82802adminKeymasterLook at the “date” of the log file entries. Those are all OLD entries (from February). The plugin is not receiving any notifications from PayPal at all for your recent transactions.
That’s the main issue. An e-commerce plugin cannot work when it is not even receiving the PayPal IPN notification. The following checklist will help you get to the bottom of this:
What to do if the Debug file is empty or New Debug info is not getting added
I have replied to your email also.
adminKeymasterThank you. I have checked it and can confirm that this is an external issue (caching or PHP session related). The core issue needs to be solved by your hosting provider first. Since a WP cart plugin cannot work when the server is not even configured correctly, we can’t really do anything from our end. I will send you an email for it.
