We had a customer email us that they had made a purchase but we saw no record of their sale; there was nothing in the customer list, their coupon showed as unused, but their paypal payment had gone through and their sale is recorded in the WP Estore debug log.
Need help figuring out why their sale didn’t go through, please. Other sales are being recorded; no changes to storefront. Sales before and since were recorded.
Is there any error in the log file? I need to see the full log file to understand what is failing on this site. I will send you an email for it.
I usually get an auto responder email back but nothing yet. This is kind of an emergency. Let know what to do in order to give you access. I can send log in credentials to the support email if it still works.
Look at the “date” of the log file entries. Those are all OLD entries (from February). The plugin is not receiving any notifications from PayPal at all for your recent transactions.
That’s the main issue. An e-commerce plugin cannot work when it is not even receiving the PayPal IPN notification. The following checklist will help you get to the bottom of this:
