FAILURE: Order does not exist

A customer was trying to order something and kept receiving an error. Her PayPal account was charged each time she tried, but the transaction was never recorded on my website. Can you explain? I have 5 transactions that are nearly identical to the debug log below. They all have the same post id# (that truly doesn’t exist).
